We met gorgeous wild-thing Sirah in Omega Glory. She's a Yang warrior, and the adored wife of Cloud William, who is Chief of the Yangs on planet Omega 4.
She seemed savage and totally animal-like at first, as did her hubby, but it was ultimately revealed that the Yangs were a fairly civilized tribal people who had been driven to live a desperate, rough existance by prolonged civil war on their world.
She never said much, so we learn little about her, but she's interesting because she had a couple of notable interactions with Kirk and Spock.
While incarcerated with her husband, Kirk was shoved into their cell. Cloud William immediately attacked Kirk, no doubt because Kirk was wearing the same uniform as the hated Captain Tracey. When Kirk grabbed Sirah and attempted to use her as a human shield, she bit him, hard, and this caused him to release his hold on her. Moments later, she backed away, and this brought her close to the next cell where Spock was. Spock reached through the bars and nerve-pinched her.
When Sirah fell, unconscious, Cloud William stopped everything to rush to her side. He held and caressed her, worriedly, and manifested deep concern about and love for her.
Later, when Kirk's party was dragged off to the Yang's camp for the final dramatic showdown with Tracey, Sirah was one of the honored few who was allowed to witness the proceedings. As Kirk and Tracey fought, Spock telepathically wormed his way into her mind from a distance (without touching her) and managed to convince her to pick up a communicator and open it, which signaled the Enterprise as to their whereabouts. A security team led by Sulu soon thereafter appeared.
