Tamoon was Chekov's Drill Thrall while he was in captivity on Triskelion. She seemed kind of sweet on him, but the feeling was not mutual. We never got the name of her species or home world.
Chekov left her tied up and helpless in his cell when he tried to escape with Kirk and Uhura. I guess she trained him a little too well.
