We caught a glimpse of her early in Menagerie, Part One. She is not named, and we don't really know her rank or what her duties are. She is interesting because, when the (male) officers exit Commodore Mendez's office to go visit the invalid Captain Pike, she is seen seated at her desk, but she stands when the men enter her room, and remains standing as the men pass by her - apparently to show courtesy to them.
