In Piece Of The Action, gangster boss Kracko had a blond bimbo hanging out with him, and at one point, as he was negotiating with Captain Kirk, he snapped his fingers and sent this blond over to give Kirk a little shoulder-rub - presumably to encourage/distract Kirk as they talked.
Kirk did not ask for her attention, and he did not apparently enjoy the woman's attention. He totally ignored her. He didn't seem either pleased or distracted by her. Kracko snapped his fingers again, and the woman stopped and strolled back over to sit by him.
And that was the end of that.
