We met the lovely, amoral, and ruthless Lt. Marlena Moreau in Mirror Mirror. In the alternate universe, she was Mirror Kirk's "woman". What does it mean to be "the Captain's woman" in the mirror universe? Apparently it means you are the Captain's partner in every way, and privy to all of his most private secrets. Lt. Moreau knew her Captain's most sensitive secret of all: that he hid the deadly "tantalus device" in his quarters, and that with it, he could kill any enemy with the single touch of a button, without them even knowing what hit them.
It seems obvious that Lt. Moreau was also sexually intimate with Mirror Kirk, but it's equally clear that she never really got anywhere with OUR Captain Kirk.
At one point, confused and disturbed by the weird way Kirk was behaving, she nearly called it quits. It's made clear during that conversation that she is strongly motivated not by sexual lust for Mirror Kirk, but by ambition.
"You can be anything you want to be", Jim assures her.
At the end, when Kirk is preparing to beam back to his regular universe, Moreau demands to know "What about me!?" Kirk gives her no answer. He turns his back on her and spends his last few seconds trying to convince Mirror Spock to change his ways.
Once back in the regular universe, Kirk suddenly notices the regular universe Lt. Moreau, and, when Spock questions him about his reaction to her, says that "she seems like a nice, likable girl", and that they "might become friends".
Many fans assume that means that he intends to have sex with her. Well, Kirk and Spock are already friends, so I guess that means that they are already having sex, by the same logic!
