These two women were with Dr. Sevrin's party in Way To Eden. Obviously they were in the inner circle of his most devoted followers. They assisted Severin in his nefarious activities, so they must be classed as villains.
The blond one was named Mavig, and she and Spock at one point made music together for the entertainment of the Enterprise crew. She also sang with Adam (pictured above) on one song.
The brunette character's name was not mentioned. She is the one who tried to turn Sulu.
